One day, we told you that we would consider selling our unit at Habitat'67, and two weeks later, it was sold. No fuss, no bother. We are acutely aware of the problems facing areal estate agent in the necessary effort of conveying the concept of Habitat tenancy to a prospective buyer. You pulled this off flawlessly in a most efficient and gentlemanly way and this including the reams of paperwork involved. Calm and self assurance were of the essence, not to mention your ability to deliver clarification in layman's terms.
